Not to Scale
The idea behind this new office in a 1960’s four-storey townhouse in Soho, was to create an informal and comfortable environment that would suit the expanding needs of directors and animators and encourage the flow of open management. The owner was keen to work with a designer who would accommodate all his staffs needs as well as reflect his own personal style and aesthetic. Modern birchply desks systems lifted with coloured formica surfaces, were set against a backdrop of vintage and mid-century furniture and accented with eclectic vintage bric-a-brac accessories, all sourced, directed and styled by Sarah Thomas Interiors. This project was featured in Monocle Magazine October 2010 issue.
