This top floor flat was a total hidden Bauhaus gem, right in the heart of Dartmouth Park. The flat was going up for sale with Brickworks London, but was unoccupied and in need of some considered home staging. My brief from the estate agent was to show off the space to its best potential, and to add some life-style appeal to attract a new home-owner. Although the flat sat in a Victorian building, it had been redesigned and reconfigured by an award-wining Architects Edward Cullinan in the 80’s and again the late 90’s. The striking features of the painted blue walls and cherry red kitchen, set the tone for the furniture and accessories. The open plan versatile nature of the living room/dining room, favoured a minimal, uncluttered scheme, keeping the flow of the space open. The flat sold almost immediately.
